Hey there everyone, I recall quite a few people having end of January Interviews at least in Montreal, and I was hoping you could post some of your experience.

Mine is Feb 8th and I'm just feeling those jitters. I was hoping to read some really good reviews that are current to calm my nerves.. haha.

Looks like February is a busy month too. I know I'll be sure to write my review.

Anyone had one lately? How'd it go? Anything to share?

I wouldn't worry too much about Montreal, in the almost two years I have been on this site and monitoring Montreal experiences, it has remained remarkably consistent, with the exception of the change to getting the visa the day after the interview. It's a good consulate to work with. :)

Many best wishes for a successful interview! :)

Montreal felt like it was all very UNDERwhelming! The only question I was asked was how long I had been married. They were very friendly. No matter what time your appointment is at I suggest to go by 7:45am. They let you in to a waiting room and then at 8am bring you up in the elevator. Walk to the very end as it is the back doors that will open. then, turn left and follow the arrows on the floor to the windo you were directed to go.

It is a very quick and easy thing. I was out by 9:05 am!!!

Good luck!!!

Can the Naturalizatin process be so painless?!!

Thanks for the well wishes. I have been quiet, yes, preparing my wedding. It's all quite stressful.

As for the interview, today I was speaking to a friend who got a work visa a while back and she was denied 3 times because they said they couldn't see the tops of her EARS!!! I almost laughed at her but then I realized I too could come across something as unusual as this. Ihave pictures, but my ears are close to my head and barely visible...panic mode is definitely setting in.. I think I'll get an extra set of photos this weekend just to be sure.

I know it will be fine, I'm just nervous. Let's hope they are having a good morning when they interview me!! :)
