Hello all,

I am worried bcz after our I-601 waiver was approved by New Delhi it was sent to Mumbai, where my spouse was interviewd again and bcz of the missing updated I-864 affidavit of support for myself and joint sponsor we had to submit the documents. Now that when we called the Mumbai embassy to get information on our case they are telling us that the file has been sent to New Delhi and is under administrative process. Has anyone been denied waiver after it has been approved once by CIS office? If so, then for what reason?

When contacted New Delhi, they informed us that the file is 'under review, and they will let us know of the decision soon" does this mean that they are actually looking at the file or they will review later?

Does anyone have estimated time it can take?

Thank you all.
