I-134 & OF-167 Question " s " ..

Ok .. here goes does anyone know if you need an I-134 for the K1 beneficiary and one for each child applying for a K2 ?

Do the beneficiary and each child need a completed OF-167 ?

And also .. the instructions say "The sponsor must submit in duplicate evidence of income and resources, as appropriate" Does this mean one original and an extra copy of everything that is evidence .. ? They can't possibly expect more then one original of each thing :huh:

Last .. in # 7. on the I-134 it asks you to state the reasonable value of other personal property ..

What did some of you include as personal property .. ? Cars, boats .. maybe a 401k since it doesn't fit any other catagorys IE: stocks and bonds .. And did u include proof of ownership of said property? ( i thought property as in Real Estate @ first but that has it's own line )

Any info would be soo sooooooooo appreciated :star:

P.S. I'm not sure what i would do without everyone on VJ's help !
