Personally, I don't think people care for the NEW and IMPROVED (not) VJ. Perhaps they are bored silly with the same old OT boring, tiring spam-the-board articles. Yawn.

We have to see what the Volcanic ash is going to do in a few days...something tells me it will go as planned.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

You're probably right about the new and improved VJ. I won't complain about VJ though because it was a life$aver during my immigration proce$$e$. Through all the good advice, sample forms and guidelines, I was able to do both of my immigration proce$$e$ on my own and save a TON of $$$. As for OT though...ya...its a bit on the slower side now. Maybe the Spring weather has everyone out planting trees and building fences with brother Almaty

He should have his fence up by now, I would think.

VJ has been a great help to me al$o. I don't know if it saved me $$$$, seems I dang near bankrupted myself going through this proce$$. I know Natty will agree with me there.

VisaJ saved me atty money by providing all the information I needed to get it all done. My natural tendency, at the first, was to hire an atty and I even spoke to a few and the price ranges were in the $2-3000 just to get the K1! Ugh!

Hey Doll...ditto on that going bankrupt...I have the EXACT same feeling. I mean, the immigration bills are expensive enough...but that was just the tip of the iceberg! Overall, I'm sure I've spent 10s of thousands over the past 4 years of immigration proceedings :help: It was my choice though.....so I'm glad love is blind :blink: ...or I'd still be single!!!

Immigration sucks. I had no idea what I was getting into. I thought it would be easy.  We had nothing but problems from the get-go. What was supposed to take about 9 months max, turned into an almost 3 year wait. And that was just to get the visa issued. AOS was unusual, too.

Same here...I didn't know what I was getting in to from a legal point of view! I swear that I could take the bar exam for immigration atty and probably pass it now! Sheesh! It really consumed too much of my life for the past 4 years even though our process(s) went pretty smooth. About the only hiccup we had on the way was that we had to do an AOS interview whereas a bunch of people were getting a pass on those at that time...but even that turned out to be easy. Anyways, finally, it is all over for the time being now that both of my girls have 10 year green cards. But, AAm wants to apply for citizenship. So, of course, we will do that. But...I think I'm going to take a few months of 'immigration vacation' before I apply for that. I think it is another $650-700 bucks or so to kick that off...plus another year of 'stressing' until it is done. I'm not ready to deal with that yet...but, we'll do it soon...probably around the end of the summer.

That is so far fetched for me, too. Who knows what the future will hold. we could be caught up in the air to meet the Messiah in a few years ( I so hope so ).

Seems so unfair to allow the ones here illegally to be forgiven and given benefits.

This process has really left me bitter. Nothing was ever easy for us. Nothing.

My Dad and you think alike. He is always sending me articles about the Rapture and how he thinks it is coming soon...in his/my lifetime...even though he knows I don't believe in the rapture. I think he has a Hal Lindsay tattoo  However, believing or not believing in the Rapture is of little importance to me, but that is just my personal decision. Scripture tells me not to worry about the last days...so I don't. However, Scripture also tells me to be 'ready' for that time...so I focus on that :innocent::thumbs: ...so...whether there is a Rapture or not, I'll be ready

It is interesting, Dearest Nagi...because once when I was in college (I went to a Christian - non-Catholic - University for my undergrad) I was in a business statistics class and during the start-of-class prayer (we opened every class with prayer, which was fantastic) my teacher also prayed that the end would be that very day! I was shocked because I'd never heard of anyone pray for that! Of course, I was already totally 'anti-end-times' at that time and have never considered focusing on end-times to be the purpose of life, but it is still a very relevant school of theology, of course...just not my cup of tea. I focus on 'today' only (as much as I can)...and try to make the most of it, for this is the day the Lord has given me.

Here's praying for you and everyone to have a good today!

Peace, Bishop!

Got no idea, Pudge doesn't have anything, he's always coughing after drinking or playing with tissue, I talked to the vet at his check up about that and he said that's ok, he's just excited, checked his lungs and did some blood work and everything was fine. I think it was one of those puppies showing up at the dog park lately, no tags no vaccinations and so on...
