I had my shoulder scoped a few years ago, postoperative pain is real bad. It took about a year to be pain free. Was pain free for a year or two. Now have problems again :crying:

I took eight weeks from work, cant do that anymore. Steroids injection will help for a month or so.....

I feel for you. (F) Overuse injuries and flexible shoulders means loads of fun for me. The orthopedic surgeon told me that there is nothing that can be done. Surgery wouldn't really help, so I just have to put up with it.

It is. Powering through pain and not warming up do take their toll. :crying: I've been doing 45 minutes of cycling a day, just to try to get moving and my legs are starting to get more toned so my ego is screaming at me to start lifting some seriously heavy weights. I'm sorely tempted some days but I've fought it off, so far.
