speaking of pork....I found out yesterday that Porky eats liver. Guts, I tell you !! His new name is now Zombie.

Im going to have to buy him some sort of cooking pan because he is NOT going to use mine for innard preparation.

Luis likes liver too My great-grandma used to cook that. It's so gross! Never will I cook that in my house

I don't know if I can do that kidney or liver pie. It was bad enough trying the pork one. It was like bulk sausage wrapped in pie dough and baked. It even had some of the jelly stuff inside which I don't normally mind cos it's full of flavor, but it was just sooooooooooo greasy. The crust, the meat, EVERYTHING! It should be called lard pie.
