Today I went on a mission to find American food for my sister. She doesn't like anything here. I don't think things taste THAT different than they do at home. Thank god she brought 30 packets of koolaid with her laughing.gif Welll...I got her some skippy peanut butter, welch's grape jelly, reese's candy, oreos, lucky charms (7 pounds for the box!), and that's about it. I hear Selfridge's food hall has a lot of American stuff, but I didn't make it in there today.

eta: just got an email from my pilot friend who is coming over tomorrow. he said he will bring her some velveeta :dead:

It's been a while since I've been to Selfridges, but I seem to recall an American food section and it certainly wasn't cheap. It's nice to know that your pilot friend is nice enough to help your sister out with her own, personal version of the Marshall Plan, we wouldn't want her to starve or anything. :rofl:

I don't care for that kind, but not surprised of the title. I bought Rocky Road about 2 weeks ago and it is terrible.
