Although, I am surprised CNC has not made a thread about it, blaming it on the federal government.

CNC's logic or lack thereof, amazes me. Using the CNC model, if I hit your car then I am responsible but the government is also responsible for giving me a license. I tried to argue liability and the concept of joint and severally liable but CNC lacks the cranial capacity to comprehend such a discussion.

The fact that someone is 'brown-ish' or has a spanish-sounding last name (since none of them can actually tell the difference between a Mexican, Puerto Rican, Peruvian, Dominican.... you get my drift) is good cause to be able to question someone's immigration status just because they could possibly be a Mexican illegal? How the f**k does that work? My kids are brown-ish... so I guess they could possibly be illegals, right?

Maybe it's because I was born and raised in NY with a family of mixed background (and I mean really MIXED!) in a really diverse community and was taught respect for all races/cultures/religions, but this craziness really shocks me.
