Oh now I have to make dinner for the Porkster. And it is lamb chops. I remind him about the slaughtering and their blood spattering everywhere, the whole terror....but still he eats the poor lambs.

Now now now Sister Nagi...you know you can't push your vegatarianism off on others...that just fosters resentment (in most cases)

Besides...from a biblical perspective, Christ declared all foods clean when he said that it is not what enters the mouth that defiles man but rather that which comes out of the heart...so, in other words, eat what you want.

As for the slaughter of animals, it is what it is. That animal exsanguinated and when the blood pressure drops you feel nothing, the kicks are an autonomic reaction.
