Well I should be excited my file was touched today. But no we got an RFE - lordy only knows why cause dang we were thorough.

So now we have to wait for the stupid thing in the mail before we know what it was!!

"On June 9, 2010, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence requested. Meanwhile, processing of this case is on hold until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified by mail."

Ugh - not happy !!!

well at least it means they have been working on your case! we received our NOA1 on April 10 and haven't gotten anything else yet!?!? so don't worry be patient! we are all gonna get through this...

hey everybody! we got our noa1 last March 30, 2010... after 71 days we got our noa2 (June 9, 2010)

i think an April filer also got approved on the same day! just wanted to post here to give you a bit of hope and inspiration!

i know the feeling while waiting.. i get so excited looking at other people's news about getting their noa2s.

soon it will be your turn! it's just around the corner! hang in there!

it's just weird though.. now that we got an approval notice for our I129f... we got clueless on what to do next all of a sudden.

we will be checking the k1 visa procedures and guide again soon!

good for u guys but our application my fiancee sent that thru USPS last march 2010 then we never received a NOA1 yet and i saw our immigration checklist thats armenia...i dont know what happen..and then when i ask my fiancee, he told me that on process. i hope i can have some ideas about my problem...

WHY DON'T YOU CALL THEM? IT'S THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO TO FIGURE ALL OUT! GO TO www.uscis.gov AND FIND THE 1 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THEY'LL HELP YOU!

We got our RFE today and I'm very pleased to say it was something incredibly minor. It stated "You submitted 3 pages of a 46-page final decree of divorce for # and #. It is noted, however, this document does not show if it was ever submitted to the court for filing. Submit all of the pages of the legal termination of the marriage of # and #."

So all he has to do is photocopy all 46 pages and fedex it back to them tomorrow - which he is going to do on his lunchbreak Soooooo happy it was something really simple Thanks to all for their ongoing support

That's great news that it wasn't anything major! I guess you'll be getting your NOA2 shortly after you've sent the information to them. Congrats in advance!

So happy and dancing, got the text message this morning enroute to the gym (Cancelled my gym and came back home to check the status of the case). Thank God for this. I hope we get more April approvals. Good luck to all those still waiting.

CONGRATS!!!! I hope ours gets done this month (NOA1 Apr 15). I sooooooo miss my baby! Hey, did you do anything fancy to your package? I saw some pictures of some packages on here that looked waaaay better than mine. They had typed tabs inside plastic clips and stuff. I used yellow stickies with my crappy hand writing.

We didn't do anything fancy with our petition either. Everything was typed only because we thought that perhaps someone wouldn't be able to read the handwriting. then signed our names as we went through each item. My fiance stuck all documents in to a folder, in order and sent it off.
