April 2010 K-1 VSC

Will do - know its not the end of the world but was hoping to avoid it. My biggest frustration is not knowing what it is until the physical notice arrives in Ted's mail which of course wont be until after the weekend now. Fingers crossed its something really basic but will update here once we know. I should have started taking valium before starting this lol.

hey everybody! we got our noa1 last March 30, 2010... after 71 days we got our noa2 (June 9, 2010)

i think an April filer also got approved on the same day! just wanted to post here to give you a bit of hope and inspiration!

i know the feeling while waiting.. i get so excited looking at other people's news about getting their noa2s.

soon it will be your turn! it's just around the corner! hang in there!

it's just weird though.. now that we got an approval notice for our I129f... we got clueless on what to do next all of a sudden.

we will be checking the k1 visa procedures and guide again soon!

good for u guys but our application my fiancee sent that thru USPS last march 2010 then we never received a NOA1 yet and i saw our immigration checklist thats armenia...i dont know what happen..and then when i ask my fiancee, he told me that on process. i hope i can have some ideas about my problem...

You might try to contact the Vermont USCIS directly and see if they know what's going on. Hopefully it's not delayed to an RFE.

It almost sounds like VSC did not receive it? Hope you did not just sent in regular mail, it's too important for that. Can you track or trace your package to verify it was delivered? Was the check cashed yet? Unless you have an application receipt number your limited as to what you can do.

honestly i know the feeling of waiting.. but once you get your NOA2 it would feel like you've only been waiting for a week.
