Nope no NOA2. Our attorney called and VSC had no info. We can sent a written notice until 30days after the 5 month mark.

Guess I have to wait some more.

Hey everyone just popping in to say hello and see how you're all going. Thinking of Oasis for a :thumbs: very soon!!

Well I'm 23 sleeps away from leaving for the US. Got my dog all booked in and paid for today. He leaves the day before me and arrives the day after me - 4 flights in total!! Poor little tyke will be getting massive cuddles when he gets to Dallas!

I only have 14 1/2 more days at work - yay :dance: and I'm dropping off my air freight at the cargo depot 20th October so it's all coming together slowly but surely. Am getting a little nervous as the fly date gets closer but hey its been over 6 months since I last saw Ted so is pretty understandable.

Our wedding is all booked and sorted - we're getting married Sat 13 November in a lovely garden surrounding followed by dinner at an italian restaurant instead of a reception. Got the greatest surprise last week when my dad announced that he and my step mum are coming over from Australia for the wedding so with them and my sister there at least I'll know 3 guests on the day :P

Hope everyone is well and look forward to reading your updates too :)

Just thought I'd share that we finally got our interview date, Nov. 3rd. I'm flying to Santo Domingo Oct. 31st. A little nervous about the sponsorship part, we need to do it all in assets, but hoping for the best.

March 27, 2010 -- Mailed application to Vermont Service Center

April 1, 2010 -- Certified mail confirms delivery

April 19, 2010 -- Called USCIS to update address and got my case#, ie., NOA1

April 22, 2010 -- Touched

August 2, 2010 -- NOA2!!!

Oct 15, 2010 -- Received notification of interview date

Oct. 31,2010 -- Fly to Santo Domingo

Nov. 3, 2010 -- Interview -- VISA DENIED BECAUSE OF IMMIGRATION STATUS

I am sad to announce that after 2 years of being with my fiance, I decided to cancel my petitions. VSC should get my withdraw letter this morning :(
