touched today! i think it was only because i updated my address, but i'm really hoping it's a sign of good things to come this week for those of us still waiting...

Me too! I couldn't believe it when I saw the updated date as today and I didn't do anything so it gives me hope! Here's to the tail end… may we all get processed ASAP

March 27, 2010 -- Mailed application to Vermont Service Center

April 1, 2010 -- Certified mail confirms delivery

April 19, 2010 -- Called USCIS to update address and got my case#, ie., NOA1

April 22, 2010 -- Touched

August 2, 2010 -- NOA2!!!

Oct 15, 2010 -- Received notification of interview date

Oct. 31,2010 -- Fly to Santo Domingo

Nov. 3, 2010 -- Interview -- VISA DENIED BECAUSE OF IMMIGRATION STATUS

Mar. 9, 2011 -- Received an email indicating the State Department has requested a review of our case

i am sure VSC has more cases than CSC, there are more states sending papers to VSC than to CSC. but they have started moving faster... hey everybody! we are gonna get our NOA2 in June! all of us and

good luck. i was worried about the same thing. i have a little hope now. i filed earlier than you though so maybe they are getting to you.

I'm still here and thinking of you all - really really really hope you get your NOA2's this week!

My medical results were posted today. Once I receive them tomorrow I can send off the packet 3 and should know in about a week when my interview will be. Best guess estimates are the end of August or early September. I cant wait for it all to be done and that visa in my passport. Then I can sit back, relax and enjoy my last 6 weeks with friends and family - think I'll have a party to celebrate too lol.
