Was just on USCIS before I left work at 3:30 pm. Got home by 4:10pm. As pulling into the garage got a txt from USCIS. Ran in and logged in, 129F Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No RFE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

I received the RFE NOTICE (I-797) today !!!

It appears the reason was just as I thought.. I failed to answer the question on the I129F in Part C, Item #2 regarding previous convictions...

Thank God! that's all it is...

Monday, this will go out on Fedex...

Thanks everyone for your support... Hopefully they will get my petition going again quickly...

we have the same reason for rfe....we checked the i-129 form more than 3 times and can't believe we still missed this one question.......but anyway, we are now moving to our NOA2...goodluck to us and to those who are still waiting

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!!!!!! i was so worried and almost giving up telling myself im not going to the uscis website again everyday and check the update on our case but today, almost 9:30pm in vermont, we got an email notice from uscis and here it reads:

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

so this means NOA2 next, right? wooooooohhhhhooooooo..i am excited!

Thanks God for working this process out for us. We love you God and will continue to trust in YOU! To GOd be all the glory, honor and praises!

Hey Greeny - thats fantastic news - now word of caution it probably means NOA2 is next in the works but please remember they could issue another RFE if they find something else with the file :) And I'm not saying they will - just cautious optimism :)

And dont get too excited about checking every 30 mins again - my RFE was received 18 June and my file updated then but nothing has happened since.

Patience to all - they will get to each and every one of us eventually :)

Exactly :) I know the NOA2 is coming soon - within the next month I would expect - I just no longer pounce on the computer first thing when I get up in the morning and then spend the rest of the day being disappointed due to there not being an email from USCIS.

I had a great and happy life before filing for the K1 and it will be even more wonderful when the process is done but I shall not squander that precious 6 months(ish) in between being miserable :)

Keep the faith all.

I've been fortunate enough to have been able to spend a significant portion of the past month visiting my fiancee. It sure makes the wait pass more quickly, but the downside is that when she's at work on the weekdays, I have way too much free time to check the USCIS site. :lol:

I do like that the estimated approvals dates have been creeping closer to the current date. My (early) estimate is now July 1 when it was July 19 just a week or two ago.

NOA2s are coming!! I can feel it!! :yes:
