We didn't do anything fancy with our petition either. Everything was typed only because we thought that perhaps someone wouldn't be able to read the handwriting. :) then signed our names as we went through each item. My fiance stuck all documents in to a folder, in order and sent it off.

That makes me feel alittle better. Thanks for the response!Seeing you other April filers getting your NOA2's just adds to the mixture of emotions lol. Oh the ups and downs, gonna pour myself another lonely stiff one lol.

Hey, no worries. I don't think they are looking for something spectacular, just something that is legible.

This whole process is stressful. It's the "not knowing" that makes it that way.

I think the NOA2 is only the first step. The rest of the process will be far more stressful i'm sure, but well worth it in the end.

hey everybody! we got our noa1 last April 5, 2010... after 70 days we got our noa2 (June 14, 2010)

So happy and dancing, got the text message this morning enroute to the gym (Cancelled my gym and came back home to check the status of the case). Thank God for this. I hope we get more April approvals. Good luck to all those still waiting. :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Congradulations!! Expect to see another letter from the NVC soon as well. We were approved on June 4th and just received another letter from the NVC notifying that our case has been forwarded to the Montreal Consulate; And here i'd been calling everyday to see if they had even received it yet!

Things are movely along fairly quickly. ( so far ) Exciting times ahead!

i have a question to everyone!

i am sure you are going to invite your fiance(e)'s family members to the wedding. how are going to do it(paperwork)? through the travel agency? or yourself(just like many of us did this whole fiance(e) visa thing)? i would be really thankful if someone gives me an idea where to start after the K1 process is over... thank you!

waaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh :crying: ....because we had a touch yesterday, i was so excited to check the uscis website today to see what's the development in our case but its an RFE....this process is killing me :bonk:

Awww (hugs) that was me a week ago yesterday. But my RFE was incredibly simple and we were able to answer it the next day - in fact the Fedex with the RFE was delivered back to VSC this afternoon. I feel your disappointment (I cried last week) but fingers crossed its a very easy and quick fix like ours was.
