Hi,

I have a question . AVR says : NVC has receive documents 29 March 2010.

I have sent AOS Packet and DS 230 same day.

AVR only says they have recived documents but they didn't say which documents.

So they have all documents ( AOS PAcket and DS 230 )

When the process can finish ?

It sounds by what you wrote that you jumped the gun. You have to get notification of your AOS bill then pay it, and then complete the documentation requirements for that piece of the processing ie I 864, letter of employment, tax transcripts etc etc - once that is taken care of then NVC bills you for the IV visa and THEN you submit the DS230 package which includes all those other non financial forms ie marriage certicate, divorce decress, police certificate, birth certificate, passport pictures etc.

Uumping the gun could potentially slow down your process, not expidite it ...

Ahh I glanced over they received all the documents. I read it to mean that NVC received the document from the service centre and they sent out the AOS and DS230. Tbey were well past that in the process and are essentially at completion then?

Hey Sachinky, I have a question about what you stated. I sent my documents to the NVC, with the IV packet arriving last friday (3/26). What does it mean when you say the failed log-in is a good thing? Failed log-in on what site? The NVC one or the USCIS one? I know I am only 4 business days out but I am dying to know!!! Thanks for your reply.

Hey, your log-in will fail on the NVC payment portal when your case has completed processing.

So YES, it is a very good thing.
