Hello everyone!

If you need information regarding your case and you know for sure the Haiti embassy has received it you can call the embassy directly at 011509-385-9524 and someone will assist you and they will tell you what you need to do in order for them to look up your case information.

Also, All petions packet3K1 are being mailed to both the beneficiary and the petitioner and it may take up to three weeks to receive from the mailing date. I spoke to a guy from the Haiti embassy he was very helpful at providing me with the information i needed. He said once you assemble all the checklists in the packet3 the beneficiary has to get a medical exam and once they have the result from the doctor then they then can return all the information they requested on the checklist to sogebank in delmas (messanger for the embassy)and the fee is $131.00.

Good luck!

Hi, My question is if I am over the poverty guideline. How much money I have to have in the bank for support. Is $2000.00 will be enough?

for the fiance visa they don't require much as long as you have a job and you provide them with your last three years W2's and taxes you should be fine.
