You know what I think? That you should have to make a case for applying for the EAD, it shouldn't be automatic. Then all those people they have dedicated to that could move onto other things - like sending freaking interview letters. mad.gif It's not like the EAD matters anyway, in most cases.

Alla seriously I am waayyyy beyond amazed about how friggin long it is taking 4 u hun!

It is VERY unfair! Cuz u filed first. I wonder if we will ever know this USCIS process.

we can only speculate and compare to make ourselves feel better or worse in some cases lol.

i know wat u mean about it being like a drug..

i had a dream like 2 nights ago when i was in my home country and I just remember crying and being so sad because my husband was in the US and i was soo devastated that i couldnt be with him :(

So this is always def in my subconscious even when i try not 2 think about it.

Because they send the letter and EAD card together and the card takes about a week or more to be made .

04/30/10 First medical appointment

05/03/10 Medical done

05/04/10 Send AOS to Chicago

I know... I think they don't have any system at all... They just pick up a folder from the floor randomly and like "Oh why don't we send him an EAD" and it doesn't matter if a person received a GC already or deported... :wacko:

I was very paranoid before and worried about interview but now I just can't wait to get it over with. Unfortunately in Atlanta it takes too long. Can't wait till my hubby graduates and we will move from here. No offense to atlanters but I'm not a fan of this city. :wacko:

ur correct..mine got transferred to csc and again they send me notice of transfer to nbc.i just dont understand why they transferred again to nbc.Any idea? :help:
