AAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I'd be so siked... I am from Wilmington DE and I put Philadelphia as my closest office even though I'm about the same distance from Dover office. Maybe they're correcting me on that and sending me to the closest one (in their mind) lol

Where did you put an office? I didn't mention it anywhere. They send me to the closest.

I think you better get ready for Monday. :luv:

Question for those who has signed up for the email/text updates notifications:

After I've signed up (on the same date I received my NOAs with the case numbers), I did not receive any emails about any of the "touches" that they've done. Is that normal? I mean, shouldn't I have received an email/text when they had mailed out my biometrics letter?

Weird....

April 8, 2010 I-130, I-485, I-765 package sent

April 11, 2010 Delivered at Chicago Lockbox (Sunday)

April 21, 2010 3 NOA's received (but mailed out on April 16th)

April 23, 2010 Biometrics appointment notice received for May 11, 2010

April 26, 2010 Walk-in Biometrics done

April 27, 2010 I-485 and I-765 touched

April 30, 2010 I-765 and I-130 touched

May 3, 2010 I-765 and I-130 touched

May 13, 2010 Received AOS interview letter for June 15, 2010

June 15, 2010 Interview. Kept me in for 50 minutes. Asked for addt'l proof (print out of my hubby's direct deposit account

June 25, 2010 Received my proof. No action. No touches. Nothing.

Freaked out.

July 12 Made Info-Pass. They couldn't find my file, then when they did, they told me it had been transferred to the military unit, and they didn't understand why I mailed them my hubby's direct deposit account, so they didn't update anything. They guy at the military unit asked me a few questions, and told me he would make his decision within 2 days.

July 14, 2010 @ 8.02am Email and Text from USCIS "Card Production Ordered".

Finally.

Hello!

"Touched" means USCIS were working on your application/petition that day.

I'm nervous also and can't wait for the interview letter already.

Good luck to you! (F)

Same here... They cashed our cheques on 4/30/2010, but I did not receive any email confirmation (even though I filled a G-1145).

I called USCIS this morning inquiring about our petition, our file is not in the system yet. We were instructed to call back on Wednesday to verify the email they have on file. Hopefully I will have my 797 in hand and will have no need to call them on Wednesday. I hope this is not a sign of things to come :crying:!

After biometrics you will wait for the interview letter unless USCIS will issue a RFE. And of course your forms will be touched from time to time.

The longest wait is after biometrics.
