The last April filer is APPROVED AT INTERVIEW! Our interview lasted a total of 2 MINUTES. He swore us in, asked for ID, took out the I-94s (We had 2 because we kept the original when we used his AP... he took the one in the passport and I said, oh, I have this one too, and handed him the old one.) Then he asked each of us ONE question. (!!!!!) To me, when is your husband's birthday. To him, have you ever been arrested in the United States. Then he said do you have any pictures to show me. I said yes, he flipped through them for about 5 seconds. Meanwhile asked, have you had a chance to go on a honeymoon yet? I said no, but we have gone on three trips together, two to Montana where I am from and one to Israel. He said, oh, this must be Montana (to one of the pics). I said yes. He said okay, I am approving you today.

Then he talked about ROC and I asked him about moving temp abroad with the GC. With the ROC discussion and my questions, it was maybe 5 minutes... but the actual questions (ONE EACH) lasted two minutes.

I was worried about lack of evidence (3 affidavits orig. submitted is all) but he didn't ask for new evidence. I was worried about no wedding rings, and a million other things. I was expecting to answer all sorts of questions about everything (movies, parent's names). All, nothing.

Good job everyone!!! (Jannah, don't worry, you will be approved once they sort out your ex, which they need to do).
