the status thing.. on-line sucks! Mine says still that they have recieved my package and started the process. Meantime, I already had my interview and I am waiting for a decision. I hate that! I was hoping I could see an update online, but I am guessing I will have to wait till the letter is in the mail. What a looooong 2 weeks this is gonna be. I am still hoping I get that TXT message from USCIS, saying.... umm.. something, anything. I am prepared either way.

03/26/2010: Got married at the Masjid :P

04/19/2010: Finished with Civil Surgeon form

04/26/2010: I-130, I-485, I-765 package sent

4/29/2010: Package recieved; delivery confirmation USPS :)(Day 1)

5/6/2010: Checks cashed! (Day 7)

5/10/2010 Hard copy NOA's on my son's b-day :)(Day 11)

5/15/2010 Biometrics letter (7-7), found out we are pregnant :)(Day 16)

Its a gamble, but maybe your right, maybe waiting for the whole thing and then submitting it all together could have taken later then getting a RFE and submitting it now. Well be sure to go to a civil

I couldn't log back into my account after my interview. Still can't. Don't care though. It never updated since the start anyway.

I know!!! I've been checking and mine still says in initial review :bonk::bonk: . I even went as far as calling customer, THEY ARE USELESS! The lady I spoke to had no idea that the stamp in my passport meant my application was approved, she told me that it meant they accepted my application and are processing it. WHAT!!!!! That update system is THE WORST.

Jannah how are you feeling, how's the baby growing?

Baby is growing fast. The Io loved the ultraound pic..lol

Walaa and I are doing good. Just with this much time and the unknown it is driving me crazy. I mean this is my life, my family, my love. Having to WAIT to see, is so hard. I truly understand their concern. Just lots of sleepless/tossing and turning nights in my house.

I try not to think too much, since pregnant and diabetic, I have to not be over stressed. I hope soon, God willing, there will be a letter in the mail. I wanna spend time enjoying getting ready for the baby. Not trying to figure out how to move to Egypt and what about my children here. I can't leave them behind, you would have to kill me. But with 50/50 custody my ex can stop me from moving or taking them outside America, which 100% he would. As would I if he tried.

I haven't had any updates online or anything in the mail since my interview. I've had to go on 2 Infopass appointments. I'm just glad they gave me the I551 stamp otherwise I'd be screwed.

Hey guys, we went to Social Security Office today, just to try. The man was great and so nice. He said we would have the card in 7-10 days. If not, to come back and ask for him! :dance:

Hey guys!

just receive 2 approval notice in the mail for I-130 &1485!!!!

My status online still shows RFE though although the letters come from lee's summit!!!

The notice date is July 26 so excatly 3 month after they accepted my petitions! (the interview date was exactly 3 month after sending petitions ^^)

After all it was not that long! can't wait to have my GC in the mail!

YAY...you will have your GC in mail on Monday!! Let me know!!!
