We weren't asked anything like that. However, my husband did get our daughter's birthday wrong. He remembered the month and year, but not the date. It's a cultural things. Meanwhile, that morning he went over all my 7 brothers and sisters and their spouses, and all my 19 nieces and nephews and whom they belong to.

Don't ask me his family's details, though. He has so many siblings, he can't even remember how many are still living, and we are lucky he remembers his own birthday. I know the names and birth order of his 4 siblings born to his mother, and I know the children of all his sisters, but he's not sure how many children his brother has.

I'm the oldest here. I won't say how old, but think Demi and Ashton.

Like I said, i think she was just nosey or something lmbo  I also think its ridiculous to expect someone to know EVERY single thing/family detail about your spouse. Hubby didnt even know his mom's bday until I found out so it sucks to think we gotta know. They dont know what hubby's relationship with them is like.

Oh forgot to mention she asked if he met my parents and when's the last time we visited his... thats about 40+ questions lol... See guys, I forgot a few :hehe:

lol u guys AGE is just a number!!! hehe

Oohh my EAD got touched again for the 3rd time in the past week, but still only that one email. Hopefully their system is weird 4got 2 send me the email but they did send me the EAD I hope! :)

I got an email on the 2nd:

On July 2, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

then it was touched again on the 5th...

and today I check USCIS and says same thing but with July 8th..

On July 8, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Hopefully that means the final touch and they sent out my CARD! :D

In the same boat as u... I've had well over 4 updates (same two dates as yours) on my EAD but will see if it comes in the mail today.

I am terrified of the dentist! I need to have my wisdom teeth taken out cuz apparently at 25 teeth are still growing (wat the heck?!?!) now i know why babies are soo cranky when their teeth are growing, not pleasant at all!!

I had a root canal dont few months ago but i think the dentist did it wrong cuz it still kidna hurts sometimes and i need to go back and see him but Im terrified and keep putting it off. Good thing i have insurance now that im married because earlier I paid over a thousand dollars for one root canal!! 1000 dollars i could have had a flight 2 hawaii!! which i really wanna go to! maybe once i get my GC we will go in NOV-OCT might be cheaper since its off season. But then again we wanna go to my home country for xmass for a month so idk. Also thinkin as long as we are in europe in DEC wanted 2 go to like Paris or Greece for new years. Its cheaper if u book from Europe than here.

OoOH btw I been to Egypt couple or yrs back, I went for 2 weeks, 1 week I spent by the Red Sea and Pool in Hurghada and the other it was a trip to different places, cruise across the Nile seeing the pyramids, temple Luxor, Aswan... etc etc.. It was amazing!! its sad how the country didn't preserve alot of the artifacts , but seeing how they have so many years ago it didnt seem so important. But truly amazing!

I was thinking for honeymoon (after religious ceremony which I want to hold in my home country) I wanted to go to Greece, France, Italy but a trip like that is wayy expensive!!

Yea im still waiting for the EAD, hopefully nxt week.

OHHH TGIF!! Go friday!! I was soo tired in the morning at wrk! And i have like 5 more hrs 2 go! Just had an iced cofee and im wired now!!

Im tired at wrk, but if i had 2 sit home for 6 months I think i would go completly crazy! And its like the less you do the less u want 2 do, cuz u get kinda lazy. On my days off, i always have all these plans but I somehow end up sleeping through the whole day. Especially when its this hot.. lol

I got my all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out 2 days ago. It was not bad at all. I just had shots in my mouth (no gas), took like 10 minutes to take them out. Did not hurt at all. Worst part was the amount of blood that gushes out in the next 3 hours of the surgery. I swallowed some of it (its gross). I miss food though, haven't been able to eat any solid food and haven't been able to brush my teeth. I feel really gross and my breath stinks.

Hubby and I are plannig a trip in Sept-Oct, but I just can't make up my mind where I wanna go.

We actually wanted to go to Egypt, but he only has 2 wks off and that will not give us enough time to fully enjoy Egypt, so nxt year we are going for sure.

So now it's down to Hawaii or a cruise.

@ MP... Yeah, I've been home since Dec, but lucky I only been out of work since April. It is such a humbling feeling to not have your own money coming in. I'm looking forward to getting back into the work force. Been sending out resumes, even got a job offer, but I had no EAD (SO MAD)!!! Thank goodness NY has alot of things to do, if not, I would have gone crazy by now.

Jannah, how much maternity leave do you get in the US. I've been hearing things like 6wks or 3mths, that's not true right? If it is, I'm going back to Canada where we get a year of paid and the government give you 680.00 a month after you have your child until the child turns 18.

1. The army made us leave..lol

2. Did not mind leaving the HUGE @ss Bugs

However, I miss the geckos :( I loved them, they were always in my room.

a corroach made his way into my make up purse and eventhough it feezed in the plane, it was still alive once in cali.... blink.gif Good thing that something spilled on the bag and that i had to wash everything unless i wouldn't have found it!! At first it looked like it was dead.....Imagine the jump i made when it started moving!!!!

Whatever, i still loved it! The thing i liked the most were the butterfliess everywhere! I haven't seen that huge b since I was a kid in my french home town....

I've attached a pic, so you can travel a little!
