I sent in the I-130/I-485/I-765 concurrently. I see people saying that they've received all three NOAs.

My email acceptance confirmation does not indicate which or how many applications/petitions were accepted, and it includes only one receipt number. Should I have gotten more than one email or more than one receipt number?

AOS Timeline

4/14/10 - Packet received at Chicago Lockbox at 9:22 AM (Day 1)

4/24/10 - Received hardcopy NOAs (Day 10)

5/14/10 - Biometrics taken. (Day 31)

5/29/10 - Interview letter received 6/30 at 10:30 (Day 46)

6/30/10 - Interview: 10:30 (Day 77) APPROVED!!!

6/30/10 - EAD received in the mail

7/19/10 - GC in hand! (Day 96) .

Its a gamble, but maybe your right, maybe waiting for the whole thing and then submitting it all together could have taken later then getting a RFE and submitting it now. Well be sure to go to a civil

I don't think that there is any problem, if they cashed total of $1365 so you r fine. By the way did you the status of the receipt number you got in their website??

04/10/2010: sent AOS package( I-130, I-485 & ...)

04/12/2010: Package received at Chicago lockbox.(Day1)

04/16/2010: check cashed.(Day4)

04/16/2010: all forms touched(Day4)

04/20/2010: 3 NOAs received.(Day8)

04/28/2010: Received 2 letters for Biometrics Appointment to be on 5/21/2010 !!! Too far away.

05/03/2010: I-130 updated.

05/06/2010: walked in and did my biometrics.(Day24)

05/07/2010: I-485, I-765 updated.

05/21/2010: original biometrics appointment.

05/24/2010: received interview letter.(Day42)

06/08/2010: I-485 was touched.

06/21/2010: EAD card production.(Day69)

06/23/2010: I-130 & I-485 are touched.

06/25/2010: EAD card production ordered AGAIAN!!!!

Hey guys!

I have a question but don't want to make a separate thread.

May be somebody knows when we receive an interview letter, will it state I-130 or I-485 interview? Or it depends how IO wants? Because I always thought that I-130 and I-485 are separate interviews but most people have just one.

I'm thinking about collecting paperwork for interview as they proceed so fast.

Alla, I only had one interview last time, my ex and I filed with attorney's for I-130 and I-485. It's just one interview, the person doing it will have all the papers :) THANK GOD!

04/19/2010: Finished with Civil Surgeon form

04/26/2010: I-130, I-485, I-765 package sent

4/29/2010: Package recieved; delivery confirmation USPS :)(Day 1)

5/6/2010: Checks cashed! (Day 7)

5/10/2010 Hard copy NOA's on my son's b-day :)(Day 11)

5/15/2010 Biometrics letter (7-7), found out we are pregnant :)(Day 16)

5/26/2010 Biometrics walk-in done (Day 27)

6/21/2010 Interview Letter (Day 53)

07/13/10 - EAD Approved (Production notice)(Day 75)

Maybe if they do them separate. But I can assure you it was just one last time. It's not that scary. Of course you feel like.. OMG that person has my happiness in their hands, and you wanna puke and sometimes feel dizzy, but besides that, it's good. With my past I am really nervous, I really could just... scream for him messing up my life. but thank God he sent me something amazing and beautiful!

Received 3 NOA's today! yay!

Checks were cashed on 4/16 (pretty quick)

So there's 3 MSC-00-000-00000 numbers for each notice. Which one do I check? lol

April 8, 2010 I-130, I-485, I-765 package sent

April 11, 2010 Delivered at Chicago Lockbox (Sunday)

April 21, 2010 3 NOA's received (but mailed out on April 16th)

April 23, 2010 Biometrics appointment notice received for May 11, 2010

April 26, 2010 Walk-in Biometrics done

April 27, 2010 I-485 and I-765 touched

April 30, 2010 I-765 and I-130 touched

May 3, 2010 I-765 and I-130 touched

May 13, 2010 Received AOS interview letter for June 15, 2010

June 15, 2010 Interview. Kept me in for 50 minutes. Asked for addt'l proof (print out of my hubby's direct deposit account

June 25, 2010 Received my proof. No action. No touches. Nothing.

Freaked out.

July 12 Made Info-Pass. They couldn't find my file, then when they did, they told me it had been transferred to the military unit, and they didn't understand why I mailed them my hubby's direct deposit account, so they didn't update anything. They guy at the military unit asked me a few questions, and told me he would make his decision within 2 days.

July 14, 2010 @ 8.02am Email and Text from USCIS "Card Production Ordered".

We will be sending out of package on Friday (4/23/2010). We are waiting for the affidavit and lease, the packages are all put together.

I have to say, I under estimated the amount of paper and ink these packages would take :wow: . I'm happy this part of our journey is over.
