I think me and my husband are very close, we are both very very very open with each other. We havent known each other for like a really long time because we met a year and a half ago, but we instantly clicked and we both just knew. I love living together and i have been never more comfortable with anyone in my life! nothing embareses me with my husband from problems to really gross stuff like bad cramps or body stuff. This is great for us.

BUT i know couples who are married and are not so comfortable with each other and who dont really talk about everything like we do. Will couples like that have problems who dont talk constanly about every little thing? everyone is different

ALSO sorry but MEN sometimes have problems with memory... i remeber exactly what i got my husband and what i got from him on xmass bday aniversaty, my hubby might have a problem remembering lol.

plus I think he will get very nervous and wont be able to fully express himself cuz strangely my english is better than his

Hope he wont get nervous and say anything thats confusing to the immigration officials lol

ohh and guys dont worry most interviews are fine and there are no suspicions.

i guess most important is not to freak out to much, i recommend having a strong triple chamomile& melissa tea, take few deep breaths count to ten and stay united with your spouse!! :)

Its a gamble, but maybe your right, maybe waiting for the whole thing and then submitting it all together could have taken later then getting a RFE and submitting it now. Well be sure to go to a civil

I noticed something, it seems like alot of us have gotten notices in the mail (for whatever) on a Monday or a Tuesday.

Yeah. I don' want to wait 3 weeks for receiving the EAD in mail... :hehe:

I read the article, and I have to say it comforted me quite a bit. The fact that only 504 out of 214,000 applications have been denied based on marriage fraud said to me there must have been glaring problems with those 500. Also, that was the first time I saw the fraud alert checklist and there was nothing on it that described us. That made me feel less nervous.

I fluctuate between feeling like this is a done deal and worrying that my confidence will jinx the process and we'll get a big shock. I call out stokes-like questions to my husband at random. He periodically asks me things like, what's your brother's youngest child's name? (I have 19 nieces and nephews. I don't think anyone will be asking him their names.)

Regardless, this process is stressful! The waiting alone has probably taken a couple of years off our lives.

AOS Timeline

4/14/10 - Packet received at Chicago Lockbox at 9:22 AM (Day 1)

4/24/10 - Received hardcopy NOAs (Day 10)

5/14/10 - Biometrics taken. (Day 31)

5/29/10 - Interview letter received 6/30 at 10:30 (Day 46)

6/30/10 - Interview: 10:30 (Day 77) APPROVED!!!

6/30/10 - EAD received in the mail

7/19/10 - GC in hand! (Day 96) .

BTW, I was out of town so couldn't check on you guys. I just read forum and whoever had step forward congrats for that.

I'm so surprised that Alla haven't received the interview letter yet but plz don't stress out for that. It sure be on its way. I'll pray stronger on my prayer session.

I'm so nervous but at the same time can't wait to get over this process.

Yeah, I also make chamomile but with green tea mixed. It really helps. :thumbs:

Document production or Oath Ceremony

On June 15, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a green card) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, refugee travel documents or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

Post-Decision Activity

On June 15, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

They usually wait until after your original Bio date to send Interview letter- for some reason
