Hello All,

Just got NOA 2 today for K1 Visa :dance: :dance: Just wondering how the NVC process works...how do we get our NVC case number? I have been looking through the guides and forums all I can find is to call the NVC after 2 weeks or wait for letter to US petitioner from NVC. Anyone shed any more light as to how I get the NVC case number!

Congrats on the NOA2 :) Things do start moving now, but I hear a interview at MTL is a few months wait.

You can call the NVC at 603-334-0700 they will be able to tell you if they have received your approved petition. They will log it and give it a new case number and send it off to your consulate. Once you got your new case number from NVC you can call DOS 202-663-1225 and they will be able to tell you if the consulate has received your package and if your P3 has been sent out.

I just Called today and they said my P3 is on it's way...Whoo HOoo

BTW.. you don't need to wait two weeks to call NVC, we got our NOA2 March 17 and our case was received and left NVC by the 24th.
