hi-

I have been calling the 603-334-0700 number since December and every time I get a "busy" type sound. Is anyone else having this problem? Whats going on? I need to speak with someone!

2007-1-04: Touched

2007-1-12: Touched

2007-3-4: Approved

2007-3-14: Send to Amman

2007-8-4: Transfered to Damascus

2007-11-27: Interview: missing some important documents

2007-12-8: Turned in missing documents and 20 pages+ of more proof of relationship

2007-12-23: Administrative Processing

2008-1-17: Interview #2: sent Ahmed away because he didn't know the answer to a few questions

2008-3-5: Administrative Processing

2008-7-18: Sent to USCIS California Service Center for Review from State Department

2008-11-10: Came home from vacation in Damascus :((

2009-10-05: Married

2009-10-19: Filed I-130!!!!!!

Call them at night. Less busy. Keep trying and you'll get through. The phone lines are open till 12 midnight M-F.

02-06-10 : NOA1 HardCopy in the Mail

03-04-10 : TOUCHED

03-04-10 : NOA2 PETITION APPROVED

03-05-10 : Text Message & E-mail (wow that was quick, thank you Jesus) :) 31 days

03-05-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website

03-08-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website

03-08-10 : NOA2 HardCopy received

04-09-10 : TOUCHED again on USCIS website (Pls let them mail it out to NVC) 1 mth & 5 days NVC still does not have it :(

04-16-10 : E-mail from NVC that my approved petition is still at California Service Center :( (mail it already pls!!!)

04-19-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website & called USCIS, they said its "AMENDED"

04-20-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website (Dammit send it already)

04-21-10 : Got an e-mail from Congressman saying that USCIS mailed my petition to NVC (finally)

04-23-10 : Received "amended" NOA2 hardcopy in the mail

04-23-10 : NVC received

04-26-10 : Got MNL case # and petition left NVC to Manila Embassy

04-29-10 : Received by Consulate

05-04-10 : Medical Day 1

05-05-10 : Medical Day 2(PASSED)

05-26-10 : INTERVIEW DATE MAY 26, 2010

Yeah, I'm really sorry NVC is yanking you around... :blush: This process is not fair. I'm happy to have an interview scheduled exactly 90 days from the NOA1, and that counts over 2 weeks in AP at NVC... But those guys at NVC are really not doing you right.... I can't believe they still say they haven't received your file.... :bonk:

Hey Guys,

I been checking the AVR on the NVC. They said they got my papers on the 7th of this month. How do I know if everything is going smooth or a possible AP delay. I called an give a CSR my email address, now I'm anxious and waiting to get over with NVC

same thing with me sent documents on feb 20 2010 and now AVR said they have it on apr 2nd and allow 6 to 8 week for process the application , don't know what gonna happens now

Your case will be forwarded to the Consulate only once your interview date has been set by NVC.

That will depend on your consulate/embassy's availability.

Your sign in should fail 8-11 business days once NVC has received all your packages in its mailroom, irrespective of what the AVR says. This is, of course, barring any RFEs.

May scheduling is over as of this last Friday. Next date will be scheduled for June.
