Where does time go?

I sure could use some loving support and guidance.

Questions like:

Approximately how long after you get your NOA do you hear about when the biomatrix appointment is?

(meaning do you get at least 3 weeks notice? or is it two week's notice?)

How does one change an appointment if necessary?

Can it be done by phone?

What percentage of couples get interviewed?

(if we did not have an interview for our adjustment of status from K1, is there a higher chance?)

I may have more questions...I'm in a hurry at the moment.

As always, thank you kindly for any info anyone may have.

That's right, the 90-day window starts 90 days prior to the expiration date on the card. If you send it before the 90-day window, they'll return the package to you.

By the way, you seem like a very polite person, and I truly admire that. I can never stress enough on how far politeness can take a person. Keep it up.
