background checks actually iv'e been waiting for 4 years. this is the second i-130 , they denied the first one back in 2007 for messing documents so i filed this one with all the documents needed and got stuck with the background checks . i guess because my husband is from the middle east , being middle eastern and muslim is not helpful i guess

yes it will be under last updated...the date will change. The message doesnt change unless you have an RFE or Approval. (or sometimes not at all)

thank you everyone , i wish you all the best . it's time for my husband to come home , we have been waiting for 4 years for this so called background checks when are those people gonna understand that not all muslims and arabs are bad people !!! 4 years to clear someone's name is way tooooooo long . my case now is at the local office ( L.A ) and i was told that it is under the supervisor's review !! no idea if this means something good or bad but i hope they approve my i-130 soon and not leave it another 4 years on someone's disk

I am also keep waiting since 4 months i just got one touched meaning one update it was within 6 days after i got my NOA1 there is no touches anymore untill now i hope i wont wait long its killing us
