Yup, i agree with Nik+Heather, we got exactly the same response for my sons case via email...shortly before receiving the intent to deny letter....i'm keeping my fingers crossed your letter wound up in the hands of a competent member of staff

how many days you got the intent letter to deny after receiving the same email we have too?

We got the email on feb 25th and letter on march the 11th, so about 2 weeks. But then we only had 30 days to respond or his case would've been automatically denied, and as you cannot appeal in AOS we would have had to reapply!

They recieved our response last week, so i'm hoping they will just go ahead and process his green card now...

i know this is self-explainatory,,, but i need more understand of this email. me and my daughter did not have our biometrics yet, thats why im confused of this email,,, can some explain me more about this email?

i got an email from USCIS today saying:

Document production or Oath Ceremony

On April 13, 2010 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a green card) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, refugee travel documents or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application. and so on..........

Without biometrics, I can't see how this would be the green card. I think you'll have to wait until the mail arrives...

i am in total confused of this email send by the USCIS today,,, first is the RFE got for my daughter and this email. we called the customer service they said they just said the same thing in the email and wait for the mail. me and my daughter had no biometrics and interview yet....we have been calling the USCIS every now and then to follow up our case becuase its taking so long than ordinary.... i just hope this document they being send for my daughter is not a intent to deny since we just send a letter explaining to them that she had completed medical overseas already.

does anyone have experience with this kind?

does anyone have experience with this kind?

There is wide ranging experience. Any answers would be pure speculation. We'll have to wait for the mail.
