Hi, guys! I am working on my wife's DS 3032 and I want to find out if i can fill them up using handwriting. Or it would be better to use a typer machine. My wife just sent me the forms unfilled so I have to do it myself and I just want to know if NVC would allow that.

If it's neat and legible - no issues.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

On a related note regarding the DS-230 form, if we type form on the computer does the form have to be completed in CAPS?

Most forms have specific instructions (like having the last name in CAPS) - you would have to read up on that paticular form.
