Are you still fasting and abstaining even if you are in America na? Haaven't done any fasting yet. But I am gonna be good until Easter.

Rocky - what interesting 'non-meat pizza' recipes are you using this week?

Rocky - what interesting 'non-meat pizza' recipes are you using this week?

I made a plain quiche, or I think it was. Just eggs and la lechera (sweet milk). Whip them up, put them in a pie tin and then bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

And then my all time-favorite -- tuyo, if Mr. Bill will approve. I'll fry them if he's not home tomorrow or on Saturday.

Ask Bill (formerly Lone Ranger now ########). Marie doesn't seem to visit VJ often.

yeah no meat, our menu .. alimasag and ginataang pusit, banana cake, ginataang puso with tapa, fried fish and lumpiang gulay/ lumpiang sariwa... :thumbs::)

Since husband is not Christian/Roman Catholic, I have to deal with no pork or no meat! I just had, Tuna Sandwich plus Taba ng Talangka and rice. Yum! Yum! I'm glad nagdala ako nung dumating ako dito. Wala kasing Filipino store dito pati mga isda!
