Hi i'm finishing up the last bits of the i 130 and so far for bona fide i have photos of us the past year emails skype logs. Soon after we got married in 10/2009 i applied for the UK visa got approved and moved in with my uk hubby december 09 - March 2010 (i am showing a copy of this joint tenancy). I'm back in the States now and we both want to be here hence the app. Question is do I have enough here to prove bona fide. We are newly weds so this is really all i can provide. I also have one affidavit made up by a good friend who was a sworn witness to our wedding.

Thanks!!

Dont forget the most important....Marriage certificate ;)

Just include as much stuff as you can that the instructions say. We didnt have much ourselves either...pictures, marriage certificate, affidavits (4), copy of the wedding invitation. You dont have to go super crazy at this point with evidence, but for the interview you will want stuff to prove your ongoing relationship.
