thanks to Visa Journey, I got my GC w/o any RFE's and I know more than an immigration lawyer.

Im done with immigration docs for now and I can afford a trip this year. Initially we are going to Peru. But... I'm taking other great ideas. I dont know anything about Peru except the beach we want to go to is unknown to google map. Its making my research quite difficult.

I've seen some programs and it appears that there is some very beautiful country there.

I wonder about the elevation if you visit someplace like Lake Titicaca or Machu Picchu. I've heard its best to take extra time to allow for adjustment to the altitude or you may end up lightheaded and nauseas!

Sounds awesome - have a great time.

I think as soon as we can we will be returning to Vietnam. My fiancee (well she'll be my wife in 1.5 hours :dance: ) is from Nha Trang Vietnam. Its very beautiful there (I think so) and you can make it cheap or expensive. Doan worked at a Island Resort called Vinpearl (which is on the expensive end) but there are lots of places that are nice and very inexpensive. Its very peaceful and relaxing complared to Ho Chi Minh City.

My boys are specifically looking for a place to surf other than North America. I'm specifically looking for a place that has other activities other than laying under the sun all day...

I know you said other than NA, but I've heard Sayulita Mexico is a really great surfing vacation town.

ooooohhh yes that would be great!!! When I google the airports in Peru and I googled Sayulita, it doesnt give me a detailed map. please please please send me some info. It would be very valuable info. I am going with friends who are a couple and the boys have to surf as its their "lifestyle" lol. So we have to go to a surf vacation. but, as long as the boys are happy surfing all day, me and my bff can be off doing something else instead of laying under the sun all day waiting for the hubbies to come in.
