Emails USCIS

I filed the 1145 email request form together with my AOS packet but have not received any emails at all. I did receive text messages with my NOA receipt numbers (I-765, I-484 and I-131) followed by the NOA receipt letters. I also got a letter stating that my file was transferred to the CA Service Center, but I never received an email saying they actually received it there, which some people seem to get. (?)

Does anyone know if this is normal?

It is normal. This service is not always reliable. Some will get the email stating that it arrived at CSC while others may not. As along as you got the physical reciepts (NOA and transfer notice) you should be okay. Your file must be okay because it got "touched" on the 3.03.10.

My wife got text messages and 9 emails (6 were duplicates).

It never rains but it pours...

I believe someone has to physically push a button to send them.

They never did it for your email, but at least you got a text & the hard copies.

I just got the email saying the same thing - when it arrives at the National Benefits Center

you should get another notification. The NOA1 was the initial receipt, NOT a notice

that it ARRIVED AT the National Benefits Center.

You might ask someone about that because mine was, like yours, just sent to the National

Benefits center. At this point I don't know if the NBC (for my wife) is Vermont (in my region) or

the NVC in New Hampshire.
