Correction: I meant to "March Filers" as I am March filer.

In addiotion: I got "Touched" on I-485 and I-130 couple hours after the interveiw.

I-485 - Card Production ordered, this was just from "Acceptance"

I-130 - Still in "Initial Review"

Hi all, very glad may people had received their interview NOAS. We are also waiting for my husbands interview on 05/25 and yesterday his I130 & I485 were touched.

yes request via phone, you don't need to attach anything, I told them that i got a Job offer,without my EAD I would not be able to work, so the next day they send me an email that my EAD production order that i should receive it in the mail..

Hi all, on 05/07/10 my husbands I765 was touched and also we received an email from USCIS regarding my his EAD

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On May 7, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

No actually I didn't.... My I-485 and I-765 were touched a few days after the biometrics .. I did my biometrics on 04/02 and my applications

got touched on 04/05. The I-131 and I-130 were last touched when I received all my NOA's... so it is kind of weird.... but I know the updates or lack thereof, is not always reliable...

From MN too - yeah I am having my interview this June, and since after the biometrics, I haven't received any updates on all my documents. I think that means they are done reviewing your stuff. So I like to think they are just waiting for the interview to happen.

From MN too - yeah I am having my interview this June, and since after the biometrics, I haven't received any updates on all my documents. I think that means they are done reviewing your stuff. So I like to think they are just waiting for the interview to happen.

Good to see another Minnesota March filer here .... My applications were actually touched on 6th May and I received my AP in the mail yesterday. Should be receiving my I-765 pretty soon too, since the status changed to document production.

Good luck to you on your interview .... I'm freaked out about my interview, but I'm hoping everything goes fine and I will post my interview experience here.

Received my interview letter today. Was in NYC for a few days with my wife and my parents (they came over for her masters graduation ceremony), came back and it was in the mailbox! Appointment is for June 9th!
