Well.. Please everyone I need support!!

I can't use my AP because I have been out of status for more than a year... so.. It can be totally risky to travel. So.. I am down to nothing again :(

I didn't get any new letter for a new interview :(

I know they send letter with a month in advance...I need to get a letter before July 8 to have the new interview in August and be done for August 20 for my trip...

Please please please USCIS!!! I am a great citizen of this country!! Don't get me mad for just a simple date or I will stop believing in the system that makes me choose you in first place!!!

Thank you dear fellas for all your support and I am more than happy to see that everybody is doing so well and with no complications!!

Enjoy your GC everyone!!

Go out there and kick some butt getting amazing job and giving back what USA gave to us!!

Alkimiya hon... can u give us a concised version of ur dates:

Old Interview: July 8th

Leaving country: August 20th

I remember u saying that ur hubby wont be able to make Interview for the 8th, right? I'd call and let them know that you still haven't received ur IL and if they could tell u the new date. Its a long shot but u need to be up their butts to get it right. I peersonally think that its ridiculous that they couldnt just sent u on another interview like two weeks later... Hang in there

Finally, I got a txt message and e-mail notifying me that my AP was approved: "On July 1, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice."   GREAT... I am so happy!!! Wish all of you the BEST....

I just received email and text msg that

"On July 1, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

My AOS has been approved right?!?

So excited! Given that I have missing NOA2, (submitted other supporting documents to prove that I-129F was indeed approved), 2 K1 visas(1 original K1 and 1 reissued K1), 2 Biometrics (1st Biometrics failed because FBI couldn't read my fingerprints).

So many hiccups in my K1/AOS journey, draining me mentally and physically. I am so happy now :star:

By the way, what is "ADIT processing" ?

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

My Interview Review : AOS MIAMI,FL

Well guys, my interview went pretty smooth.

Interview was set up for June 28th at 7:15am. My husband and I got there around 7:00am, we went trough security, which was pretty easy and smooth, and then went to check in, they gave us our ticket number and we went to the waiting room.

At:8:15am ( or so ) We were called, our officer looked pretty intimidating at first and we followed him to his office.

One we got there, he made us do the Oath and we sat. I had prepared a Folder with all my papers, I brought 2 albums, my weddign album and our trips album. The first think he asked was what day did we marry, I gave him the date and then he started going trough his file. After a few minutes of silence he started asking for my Birth Date and address, just making sure that he had the right info. Right after that he started explaining that I was going to get my Green Card Conditional for 2 years because we havent been married more than 2 years yet. At that point I said to myself so this means I'm approved already? It turns out yes ! He made us sign all the forms and then he stamped a big APPROVED in my file and said the best words I been wanting to hear: WELCOME TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. He asked me to turn in my passport, work permit and I-94, I gave him everything and then he stamped my passport and he told me that he was stamping my passport just in case I needed to travel already. Then we started chi-chatting for about 15 minutes and he told me that I should received my card in a few weeks, but that we the stamp in my passport I already have my residency.

Im so happy !

I just checked the status online ad it says that they have ordered the EAD card on June 29th. There was a touch on the AP but it was not approved or else. There was also a touch on the 11th for the AOS.

Did you guys receive a second notice when california received the application? or just the notice that the case was transferred?

Is it safe to apply for jobs now?

congratulations to all

I received a update on the website when they received the case and resumed processing but no second notice by snail mail.

I would wait until you actually receive the EAD card to apply for jobs. If you do apply now just mention that you will receive a EAD card soon.

I actually just received another update on EAD  card production ordered again :bonk:
