I haven't had any touches on my AP, and my EAD was only touched once after my biometrics appointment. But, I have had 3 touches on my I-485.

Ours is the same. I was just curious. Maybe it'll all come at once!

I called USCIS hotline this morning just to inquire the latest status of my case.. and they simply said it will take me 6-7 months processing time. I asked to expedite my EAD but I doubt it will approve.Oh well what option do I have except to wait. :crying: :crying: :crying:

Update on my Interview case :)

On Monday I went to the infopass I did to get an earlier date for my already set Interview date.

I had too because my husband was very complicated at work.

They made us write a letter there to give to Office Chief. We did and a few minutes later they got back with a paper saying "Your appointment for July 8 was canceled and we will send you a notification for further information in this case"

So.. If I would've done this by myself on internet I would've had same results. And they CANCELED my July 8 appointment when we never asked for that!! We just were trying to change the date so hubby didn't have to miss a job out of the country that he is under contract to. Anyways... we couldn't do anything and they said that definitely they will not give us an earlier date. At least I tried and I feel better now. Lets see what is going to happen next :)

June 30th, 2010 - 2nd E-mail for EAD

July 1st, 2010 - Email: RFE being sent for AOS

I'll join the "touches" group. :rofl: I got my Welcome letter on Monday and yesterday a second email about card production ordered. I saw my AOS was touched yesterday AND today!!! So they are FINALLY moving fast after I waited 29 days for biometrics they are redeeming themselves! I am so excited it should be any day now!

Hope you all get approvals soon...usually with so many touches things start happening very fast! :dance:

Congrats! I suggest you wait a week or so. I've seen some people going to the SS office and then having to wait because their EAD wasn't in the system. good luck!
