Check was cash two days earlier.

filed mine 12 April :) It's at the Chicago post office last time i checked the tracking info so hopefully delivered sometime today :D

What is the everage time to biometrics apointment after NOA?

From the timelines I'm looking at it's about a month from NOA1 till your biometrics appointment. You'll get the letter about 2 weeks after NOA1. BUT you shouldn't really depend on this info as gospel as it varies greatly depending on the number of cases received at the same time as yours, and the time of year (holidays etc) and how many people are employed vs people sick etc.
