There shouldn't be any problem with a walk-in.

Just avoid any snide remarks about their lack of "quality control" wacko.gif

and you should have no problem.

I did a walk in this afternoon, the lady guard at the ASC was really nice and polite.

I still have 3 rejected fingerprints => the 2 prints with my 4 fingers together from each hand and my last individual left pinky finger.

The lady doing my fingerprints scan said that I have to wait for letter to see if my fingerprints are ok this time. There is nothing I can do when my fingerprints ridges are hard to read. This is driving me crazy.

What if I failed Biometrics again?!?

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

Wow guys :(... it is not good feeling that I am not alone on my frustration but at the same time it is not nice for all of you being in the same path. My compassion is with all of you and I hope we get something soon.

My dead line is August 15th for my GC or at least my passport stamped. My husband is leaving from August until December out of the country to different destination because of his work and I want to be able to go see him. If not it will be a long wait. I would like to get some recommendations because I didn't send AP and if I send it now I MIGHT get it approved by August but maybe my interview get first and USCIS will might see it suspicious so I don't know what to do. And that can complicate my interview too :(

I am still on the time frame they have, it is just I am worry about no changes or being send to CSC if they have too.

Also guys I saw in others months filers some people that got the card processing with out a touch or notice either so that is something that I keep in mind :)

Kisses to all!!

Merrytooth, you didn't fail at anything. The tech who took your fingerprints wrong did. I am sorry you pay for his/her error, and I wish you best of luck (F)

I still have no touches since biometrics on May 10th, even though I got my interview letter, and according to my timeline, EAD should be getting approved soon. Very weird...

We had our last "touch" May 26 on the AOS.

Also, I have been trying to check my status on-line today with no luck, I guess that web site is not working again. Somebody else having the same problem?

Sigh. So add me to the list of people with growing frustration. It's been 2 months to the day now since my NOA1 and I've received nothing. My last updates remain at NO touches on AP since April 7, AOS since May 4, EAD since May 3 (and the AOS/EAD were just updates after my Bio).... If I was getting touches at least, then I'd know they're moving along, but there's NOTHING. I am seeing people 'in line' after me already getting approved and frankly, I'm irritated. I know we all need the EAD for various reasons, but it just really sucks. My husband lost his job in January and hasn't been able to find another, so we are BOTH without income right now, and have been for the last 5 months (and yes, we had to get a co-sponsor, obviously). I NEED my EAD !!!!! I could care less about AP because I can't afford to travel anyways, and AOS can wait even. Just give me EAD for crying out loud. :bonk: I don't need it because I'm bored, I need it because we can barely pay the freaken bills. We should be able to ask for expedites in that case, but I know they don't care.

I hate the U.S.

I completely understand ur pain. We are all going through a longer wait period than expected but we'll get through it... together

Thank you. :star: It's just so much harder with us BOTH being out of work right now. On the plus side there was a touch on my AP today. On the downside, that's useless. I don't even need AP since I can't afford to go home to visit! But hopefully it means they work on EAD soon too.
