do I need CERTIFICATE OF NO MARRIAGE RECORD

My husband recently filed I-130 for my daughter(his stepchild). My daughter's bio father and I were not married at all and he is not listed on my daughter's birth certificate. Do you think I need to have a CENOMAR?

Oh shoot, I didn't realize you're I-130, already married. You probably won't need Cenomar.

YES you need this CENOMAR and even if your married you will need similar CEMAR Certificate. Go to NSO and apply for this around 415 pesos and takes a few days to receive it
