Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

my hubby got his at exactly 9 business days too... but it has a typo so we filed I90 form and its been a month now still no replacement card hahahaha

1997- met in Highschool (philippines)

2004 - andrea migrated to U.S.

2005 - visited then b.f.

2007 - MARRIED

2008 - visited now husband in philippines

jULY 24, 2009 - andrea got her U.S. Citizenship

july 30,2009- I130 received

august 2009- VISITED hubby

sept 14, 2009- I130 approved

november 12, 2009 -case complete

december 14, 2009- interview -APPROVED!!!!

Hi Abbie! I'm surprised that you still don't have yours. These items are usually sent to immigrants 2 weeks after arrival. I got into SFO on March 2 and I received by SSN and GC on March 17. Furthermore, FYI, I'm aka Señora Bonita!

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

APRIL 14, 2009 – CRBA CERTIFICATE AND US PASSPORT RECEIVED(YAY!!!)

really? ugh! now i think i know why i still dont have mine. they probably sent those to our physical/home address instead of the PO Box. we cannot receive mail here (no mailbox) and i am guessing they were sent back. ugh! this happened to metro420 already. she called USCIS yesterday and thats what they told her. we have the same issue with the physical address and PO Box. although a week after i got here i called USCIS and verified my mailing address already. the guy i talked to said its the PO Box. (we debated for about 25 minutes before he finally understood what i wanted to know) i called them yesterday too but the lady told me to wait until i have been in the US soil for 30 days before calling them again about the GC. ugh! great!!!
