K1 Forms life time.

All I need to know is about how long K1 forms ( the I129F and G325a for both mine and petitioner's one )can be legal to use because until now we still finishing the whole package to send,but I sent my G325a form and put my part of information of I129F for about two months ago.

so the froms still being useful or we should make new one with new dates???

You can go to the www.uscis.gov web-site to get form validity.

Biographic Information G-325A $0 06/12/09. Previous editions accepted.

So G-325A is using the 6/12/09 version with many previous versions accepted. But not for ten years.

Petition for Alien Fiance(e) I-129F 07/30/07, 11/24/06 editions can be used, no other editions accepted.

I-129F is using the 07/30/07 version and only the one previous version. But it is now about three years that the 11/24/06 form is still valid.

You are only asking about a few months. You will be fine with the current versions, but your signature date should be fairly current as should your passport style photos you submit. If your signature is dated well before submission like two or three months, they might think your passport photos are not recent enough.

Just something to think about.

I think you're asking about the dates you signed the forms. If the information ON/IN the forms is still correct, the date you signed them doesn't matter.
