I-751 HELP DO I NEED ATTORNEY??

HELLO,

I AM FILING MY I-751 WITHIN THE ALLOTED 90DAYS AND WE ARE HAPPILY MARRIED BUT I HAVE

FEW SITUATIONS----

WE HAVE A DIFFERENT MAILING ADDRESS OTHER THAN OUR CURRENT ADDRESS ON OUR

BANK ACCOUNTS, INSURANCES AND THE DRIVER LICENSES

WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM??

WE FILED FOR JOINT TAX RETURN 04 AND 05 UNDER OUR MAILING ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING

IS IN GOOD ORDER.

WE HAVE LEASE CONTRACT SHOWING BOTH OUR NAMES FOR OUR PRESENT ADDRESS

BUT THERE IS NO UTILITY BILL OR ANY BILL FOR THIS ADDRESS UNDER MY SPOUSES NAME

AS I TAKE CARE OF ALL THE BILLS

WE HAVE JOINT BANK STATEMENTS AND JOINT INSURANCES UNDER OUR MAILING ADDRESS.

DO I NEED ATTORNEY FOR THIS AS THEY ARE CHARGING TOO MUCH?

I ALSO HAVE UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

HI! I have a question., why do you have a different mailing adress?

Well, i think just file what you have i guess. Does adress on the both drivers licencies is the same?....

Lets see,if you wont file enough evidence the INS might send you the letter for the Request for Additional Evidence or you might be just called for an interview in the worsest scenario .If your marriage is legitimate you have nothing to worry about and your I-751 is going to be Approved.

Dont forget to submit at least 5 Affidavits from friends and relatives with the I-751.

Also submit the pictures of you together and with friends and relatives and etc...

Also write an explanation letter about the adresses confusion and submit it with the I-751.,but it would be more clear for us to give a proper advice if you explain why do you have a different mailing adress?..

well, I am not sure the exact reason the OP has a different mailing adress but my hubby and I have a different mailing address then our house address.... all our mail goes to a P.O. box.... because we are renting a suite and before hubby got the P.O. Box all the mail would go to the landlord who happens to live in the main house and he sometimes wouldn't get his mail.....

It is not uncommon for people to get a P.O Box...

Thanks a lot for your response.

Actually one address is the for my father in law and we use to stay with him before we moved

to our appartment. So we made our insurance, driver license and bank account from his address

and we never changed it because it takes a lot of hassle to change all addresses to our appartment

and then change it back to new appartment if we plan to move. And as a matter of fact every weekends

we stay at my inlaws house and help them in their gas station.

So just to be on safe side the mailing address is still their home address.

What do you suggest.

Do you have any format for affidavit from family and friends??
