IV bill qeustion

Ok guys - you're the experts and have been experiencing good news, so want to rub off of you! I just paid the $400 IV bill. Question - after it gets accepted (figure by tomorrw afternoon, based off of when the $70 AOS payment was accepted), do I have to wait for any email package to be sent by the NVC before putting together my IV package, or just the printed barcode form (as was done for the AOS package). Sorry for newbie question (altho I'm quickly moving thru to not be the noob!. Thanks much!

No, as soon as the bill clears, print out the cover sheet and send in your IV package.

A guide to the DS230 packet for Indian beneficiaries.

--Cover sheet for Immigrant Visa Bill of $400.

--Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (Beneficiary's full name, and date of birth are written on back of both).

--DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary.

--DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary, unsigned, as of yet, per instructions.

--Original Marriage certificate

--Photocopy of Marriage Certificate

--Original Birth Certificate

--Photocopy of Birth Certificate

--Original Police Clearance Certificate from Local Police Station, Calcutta

--Original Police Clearance Certificate from Regional Passport Office, Calcutta

--Photocopy of beneficiary's Indian passport.

Thanks! just called and confirmed that with the NVC operator as well. she was actually rather pleasant on the phone. I also confirmed NVC receipt of my AOS package (which they got this AM), their acceptance of the ds-3032 and acknowledgment of my payment online. I asked them why the AVR didnt show these things as updated and she said that they receive so many packages and things that it was not easy to just update everything asap. a rather nice experience with one of these guys, i should say...and hope it continues that way!
