Are affidavits necessary at the I-130 stage given my circumstance?

Hi I'm sorting out my petition and I have everything however this is all I have to prove bonafide marriage due to our newly wed status:

1) Pics of us and court wedding for the past year

2) several screen shots of emails/skype logs

3) Joint tenancy when I visited/lived with hubby in uk from Aug-April

We don't have a joint bank account or any other legal joint agreements, but I'm hoping what I have is good enough. I can provide affidavits on my end (family/friends) from the States, but I didn't get any from my husband's side because I read that affidavits aren't really necessary at the 130 stage. Please let me know your experience with this and advice on whether or not to provide them. I'm trying to do this ASAP and it's just a save in timing if I don't have to gather these affidavits up.

Thanks!

Hello, I'm at your same stage and my husband and I debated on whether or not to add the letters. But we thought it was better to add more than not have enough supporting docs. From researching the forums, I felt more people said to add them than not. But if your friends and family are willing to help, then there are good examples here that they can use and if they sit down and write the letter, it should take less than an hour. If any of your friends and family are in London,I know a lawyer there who notarizes very cheaply and you don't need an appointment.

BTW, were you living or visiting the UK? Just curious because if you were a tourist, then it would change the validity of the tenancy agreement. Sorry, you do say Aug-Apr so probably not as a tourist and you probably already know this!!

Hope this helps!!
