I had a daughter with me on the petition for Immigrant Visa and will be turning 21 years old this June 2, 2010. She is full time student and will be graduating this year. We are just waiting for the re-scheduled interview date but until now Montreal Embassy has not given us any schedule yet.

What is gonna happen to her application with me. Do I have to start from scratch again or there is any type of consideration knowing that it is dependent on the Embassy to schedule our interview?

Any insights is appreciated.

Are you referring to the Case?

She is my dependent I believed I am IR1 and she is IR2.

In many cases the age of the child is "freezes" as of the I-130 approval date

Actually, I was petitioned by my USC Spouse as well as my daughter

So both of us were petitioned at the same time.

She was 20 years old when my husband petitioned her.

So you mean the age freezes? Where can I find this information?

Thanks
