Getting Married!!!!!

Wow - its hard to believe how fast the weeks have flown by since the interview and my fiancee and I came back from Vietnam. We entered the US on 1/16/2010 and tomorrow 3/31/2010 we are getting MARRIED  We are so excited and happy! We will be married on the 74th day since entry - my god it only seems like weeks!

Doan has an appointment on 4/16/2010 to get her final vaccinations and then we will go to the Civil Surgeaon and file for AOS. Hopefully the road continues to be smooth and we don't hit any of those Pennsylvania potholes!

This past weekend we drove down to Cook's Forest and walked in the woods for hours. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Now that she has seen what it looks like there with no leaves on the trees we plan on going back down in the summer so she can see everything in full bloom and then again in the fall so she can see the beauty of the changing leaves.

I know Doan is looking so forwrd to the weather warming up. Even though we missed most of the really bad storms while we were in Vietnam, it has been a really new experience for her to live in the snow and cold. The South of Vietnam just does not have this wonderful weather that we have on the shores of Lake Erie

We'd like to send out our Best Wishes to everyone and please share a thought with us tomorrow on our special day!!!

best wishes on your new adventure.

ten bux says she'll have you in coastal louisiana by next winter!

 yes I'm sure she would love that! Actually she has adapted very well to the cold although looking very forward to summer. Its supposed to reach 77F this weekend

We may just visit Loisiana - I've got a few friends down around Garyville and Baton Rouge from when I worked on projects at Marathon/Ashland Petrolem, Shell Oil, Epsilon and Vulcan Chemical. In August she'd feel right at home there!

Thanks Everyone

Just a few more hours and we will be husband and wife (L)
