I'm not sure what you are trying to ask here!

The answer is entirely up to your situation!!!

1) to confirm, you are applying for a K-1 visa right? This means you are currently NOT MARRIED, because if you are then you DON'T qualify for a K-1

2) are you divorced or did you have an annuled married?

If the answer is no, then you are single....

QUESTION: MARITAL STATUS TO ANSWER ON QUESTION# 6....IF YOUR ANNULLED ( SINGLE OR DIVORCE)?

Dictionary comes in handy for this I think. Annulled....as if it never happened. I would put single.

And only after I read your question again, did I realize you were actually asking "Do I mark single or divorced?" You were not quite clear in your asking.

You can stand me at the gates of hell, but I wont back down.

You can mark single but DO indicate the name and other information about the former spouse on the G325a and I-129F. It's not REALLY like it never happened but you are neither married or divorced, so single is the correct answer.

"Legally Separated" is not one of the options on the I-129F. If it were, it would definitely not be a good answer. Legally separated means you are still married, but you are living apart and have had specific legal obligations suspended while you contemplate or pursue a divorce. Someone who is legally separated is not free to marry, and not eligible to either petition or apply for a K1 visa.
