I send my AOS package today. Included I 765 and I 131.

I only added two photos, I didn't realize that I need two photos for each application. :crying::crying::crying: What will happen to my package....

Can they process only the I 765 and put the rest on hold? Or will I get a RFE for the photos?

I don't have any answers but just wanted to say I'm in the same boat. We applied for AOS and EAD (didn't bother with AP) and only included two passport photos in the submission. Almost as soon as I sent it to the Chicago Lockbox, I discovered the mistake, but it was too late. I was expecting an RFE on the EAD application, but so far it appears to be stalled; last touch was a month ago. AOS, on the other hand, is chugging along -- got transferred to CSC a few weeks ago, and lots of touches since then! So perhaps EAD will end up being overcome by events in my case.

Based on my experience, I doubt that they will process only the I-765 and put everything else on hold.

What do you think?

We were almost in the same boat as you but luckily we realized it before sending off the package. If I were you I would just wait for an RFE, it seems like they are not that good at matching up information so your photos might get lost in a pile somewhere. If they need the photos they will ask for them so you can just be prepared as soon as you are notified!

I agree, I think it's best to wait for an RFE. So far I haven't received one, and since we were transferred to CSC, odds are we may get a green card before EAD gets processed. (Or at least I hope so!)
