I've got this list for my fiancee to send me for my interview,

1.I134-2 fill out 2 copies ,1 for u and 1 for me

2.W2 tax return

3.5 current paystub

3.Divorce decree

4.employment letter (your employer letter should state "To whom it may concern: (first name,last name) has been employed

full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an

annual salary of $XXXX. Signed, John Doe, Supervisor (or whatever title)" The letter should be on company

letterhead.

5.gift receipt

6.flower receipt

7.ring receipt

8.monthly phone bills

9.airline tickets from US to PHIL

10.new dated letter of intent

11.NOA1/NOA2

12.passport photo
